Bristol Extracts has partnered with Eden Labs to bring the Coldfinger™ Ethanol Extraction system to our laboratories. Coldfinger™ extraction systems are the most versatile and trusted commercial ethanol extractors in the world, enabling herbal extraction with cold ethanol and solvent recovery. Our C1D2 Certified Extraction lab is capable of processing thousands of pounds of dry biomass into potent, silky, full-spectrum crude each day. The system is fast, it’s clean, and it’s scalable. All crude is fully winterized and decarboxylated, ready to work with as is. It can also be further processed into a full-spectrum distillate or ultra-pure isolate, depending on intended final use.

Our Technology

We have invested in state-of-the-art technologies and established methods to nano-emulsify our CBD, CBN, and other cannabinoids. Nano-emulsified CBD refers to CBD molecules that have been reduced to over one millionth of their original size in order to increase bioavailability and subsequent bioactivity within the body’s systems and anatomy. 

Benefits of Nano-Emulsification

Nano-sized CBD is so small that it has the ability to penetrate the “blood-brain barrier”

of cells, which allows our CBD products to produce an effect in as little as 10 minutes. Our nano-emulsified CBD allows for 90% absorption of the cannabinoids, providing a product 15 times more efficient than other traditionally ingested hemp products. 

We understand the stress of finding the right processor for your biomass, so we set out to become that person for ourselves and others. We process and return only the highest quality, highly potent, fully filtered full-spectrum crude that we then use to create our products. 

Distillates

Further distilling crude removes all traces of plant material, creating even purer CBD. We produce our distillate on-site in our cGMP certified post laboratory, ensuring that our products are made with only the very highest quality CBD. Honey-like in appearance, our distillate has almost no noticeable taste or scent. We use our distillates to create our massage oils, tinctures, water-soluble products, and skin treatments. Of course, we also make the same products with our whole plant crude formula for those who enjoy the cannabis smell and taste and are looking for whole-plant benefits.

Packaging

We bottle and package all of our end products on-site in our cGMP certified manufacturing facility with state of the art equipment, ensuring that all of our products are consistent in quality and in safety. Browse our store to view the results of our efforts.
